Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel up to 72 hours before the event and receive a full refund. No refunds will be processed thereafter.
2. The event will not be cancelled due to poor weather, it's more fun in the rain!

To log a cancellation of your booking at minimum 72 hours before the event, please Email us at yovanie.ganesh@gmail.com.

Refunds

If your cancellation is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yovanie.ganesh@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, any circumstances beyond our control that result in a situation where we cannot drive, we will not be able to refund you, since the track won't refund us.
